Touring SR, even theater doesn't have the requirements that a theater/multi use complex or TV campus or large scale corporate has. The split is what happens when you get people that don't know or care about the culture of the community and feel that it exists primarily as a means to generate revenue. The fact that in the initial stages of the transition it was shown that the powers that be didn't not understand the content or community or respect the contributions of the community.
