[WTR] Sound, lighting, video in Indianapolis, 3/23

I'm tour managing a corporate event with some finalists from a musical contest show in Indianapolis. Unfortunately we seem to be stuck using hotel ballrooms, and the quotes I'm getting from their AV departments are very upsetting.

The event is for 400 people, and I'm thinking four 12" or 15" tops to cover a wide ballroom and a couple of subs. Stage will be 16'x20'. Channel count is less than 16, some wireless, some DI, a couple keyboards and acoustic guitars, that's it. Not rock-concert levels. If you do lighting and projection we can talk about that too.
