Sound Wiki previously known as 'The Vault' Since we started Sound Forums, there was a demand for a Wiki from the community. We started up 'The Vault', but it became filled with spam so quickly that we had to take it down. This time we're going to do it right. Content from The Vault has already been migrated over to Sound Wiki. While we plan to implement single sign-on in the future, Sound Forums and Sound Wiki don't currently share a user database. New account registration on the Wiki is required and will remain open for the next few days. After that, registrations on the Wiki will require moderator approval until we have user integration with vBulletin working. Bennett and I will constantly be checking the moderation queue to keep wait-times low. Just like everything on Sound Forums Network, this wiki is generated by the community. Please don't put up anything that isn't yours without permission. The content is out there, though, just a few users could make this a valuable resource practically overnight. Anyone who wants to make it their own will get our full support. General Rules

Please keep content in the Wiki to facts, as opposed to opinions. We're not Wikipedia, but citations are always great to have when possible.
Just like on the forums, real names are required on the Wiki.
Improvements to come:

Single sign-on (SSO)
Integrate Wiki between current vBulletin (soundforums.net) header and footer.
Linking to wiki articles from the forums will come easily in the near future.
We purchased soundwiki.net, however the current plan is to redirect it to wiki.soundforums.net.
There is still back-end optimization to be done.
Additional spam prevention tools.
In the future we plan to have complete login integration, along with a more unified feel throughout both portions of the site. See an example below. Unfortunately this is still too buggy to release.
