Thanks Alot! I have really had a hard time finding this information out on the World Wide Web of internet :)

Since most novice peoples computers are set to Default Format 44100 Hz 16 Bit (CD Quality) as standard.

This would be the best setting to convert your distribution product to.


And since CD quality only can deliver 44.1 kHz at 16 bit... there realy isn't any mening in thinking that ".mp3 Rip's" you find in downloads that says other, would be nothing short os false marked 44.1/16 tracks. People seldom release their material genuinely in 48/32.

Not even Beatport delivers higher than 44.1/16 mostly, in their Aiff and Wave.

A conversion back to 44.1/16 could be in place tough I've read that there could be loss of information... even if you save a .mp3 48/32 to al lossless .flac 44.1/16 (the sound won't get better anyway). Right?
