Soundcraft Expression 3

Hi,

I am presently using this Expression 3, 32 channel mixer. Am still not very fmiliar with it. I am having a problem here. There are 4 individual effects engines on this mixer. Sending this effects to the main mix (L,R) is not a problem now. Out of the 14 monitor mixes available. I am using mix 1 for my monitors, which is prefade. Sending all the individual signals to the monitor mix is fine but I am unable to send the effects to the monitor mix. There is nothing stated about sending effects to the monitor mix in the user manual. Does anyone know whether the effects can be sent to the monitor mix. If can, how is it done. Please advice.

found this in another thread Hit a mix key, go to layer 2 and send the FX RETURN to that mix. Treat the FX return like any other channel.

When selecting a mix, the last four faders on Layer B are the effects returns. Note that they don't glow blue when returning to a Mix, which confusing IMHO.
