Soundcraft Si Expression 1 Monitor into Mains issue

Hi all,

We have a new(ish) Soundcraft Si Expression 1 board at our church and I'm having a problem with the monitor 1 (mix 1) going into our mains (Main L&R). When I bring up the Mix 1 overall fader it brings up the overall level of the mains as well, no matter what level I have the mains at (except when the Main fader is off). Almost as if there's a setting that is compounding the mix 1 level on top of the mains so that the monitors aren't louder than the mains? Can anyone help with this?

Maybe your Mix 1 output is accidentally assigned to L/R? When you select Mix 1 is the LR button in ACS section illuminated?

You might want to clear the mix, then rebuild the mix to the monitor(s) being specific with the output assigned. I generally use mix 6-10 for monitors and assign the output to 6-10. Pressing the mix button for the mix then selects the mix I wish to work and without looking I also know what output is being used.
