Re: Speech Jammer ?DIY might work but if it were sold commercially, the telemarketers would learn quickly to hold the earpiece away from their ear when talking. My cell phone does produce a similar echo all by itself sometimes, although longer than 300 ms and not loud enough to disrupt my conversations completely.
