I need a software program for mac that allows me to put in PA, amp racks, truss, video screens ect. and print in out in various views.

Any CAD program that will run on mac, or you can use SketchUp, the Google app, on any platform.

Thirded. Great tool for this kind of basic layout and flowcharting stuff. Works the way it ought to, and doesn't try and get too complicated.
