Strobe on 70v system

What is the process for installing a warning strobe on a 70v system?
Technically it is a 25v install and they are wishing to have a visual cues when announcements are made.
Is there a off the shelf product that can be installed in-line?
 
I did that exact thing at a school in their band and music rooms.

I used a Bogen VAR1 voice/audio activated relay that has 70 and 25 volt inputs connected to an LED strobe. The power supply for the VAR1 also powered the strobe.
I mounted the VAR1 unit in a project box and mounted the strobe on the outside of the project box for a compact all in one package.
