I have to find 4-6 stage lip fills the size of the UPM1P, but can bare the thought of spending 2k for each one. Is there anything powered out there that comes anywhere near these in size and performance?
thanks in advance.

RCF TT052a. It's about the same size and output, and is less money. I've never heard one myself, but I nearly bought some in a pinch. I ended up just buying the UPMs. You can easily find UPMs used for $1200ish.
Thanks John....They look like exactly what I am looking for. I have to buy new because of where the money is coming from so the used Meyer is not an option.
I just might go with these and save a couple dollars unless someone has some other ideas.
Thx

Take a look at the RCF TT08-A. I just bought a pair for front fills and they're under your budget but sound very good.
They do look nice Kirby..problem is I need the dual 5 or 6 inch for extra low profile for corporate and A list comedians etc... I have a half dozen double 8 inch boxes for the more demanding shows.
