Grabber is a built in tool to OSX that allows you to make a box over any portion of the screen and make it a file on your computer. Another super helpful tool if you don't need the FULL screen.

In Windows, ALT+PRINTSCRN will take the currently selected window, while just PRINTSCRN will take the entire screen. Paste into a photo editor of your choice.
