By Jove, I think you are right! I love the amps tucked in little plywood boxes on the bottom of the platform that holds the speakers up.
Check the 'wide shot' and you can see the <sic> 'line arrays' leaning perilously forward:

That does not mean one will actually issue-but "Patent pending" makes it sound like it is something new and special.
Anybody can file for a patent for anything.

Well, Ivan, a perusal of the application would pretty much lay it to rest or incite a fervor of speculation. Either way, I think the patent application would be a de rigueur reading.
