I once stopped by the side of the road to help a goat get his head unstuck from a 4x4 wire mesh fence. He made this noise too, except his tongue fell out of his mouth when he did it. Funny stuff.

Also, all the other goats had taken off back to the barn, but there was a Llama and her Cria (had to wiki that one) that were hanging out with the stuck goat. As soon as I got the little fella loose the three of them headed to the barn together...
