Type of unit LMFAO uses for similar 'Auto-Tune'- effect?..

It's not Auto-Tune, and I've been trying to figure out what type of unit will create that type effect for a live performance... It's makes the voice sound as if it's going through a flanger+autotune filter. Are you talking about the vocal mic on the Keytar person?

If it is...

I bet his wired vocal mic is patched into the Keytar with some sort synthesizer processor. Because around 3:30 mark it looks like you can see him hitting different keys and his mic tone/effect changes.
