At this point, I have not given any thought to opening a MUSIC Group owned care facility in the eastern part of the US. When selecting the location for our Care Center in Las Vegas, we looked at options on the east coast, west coast and in the central states. We scored each potential location based on number of different factors outside of cost to insure that we could maintain a high level of service for all customers including transit times, availability of the right skill set, etc. Las Vegas came out on top in every category we scored.
Even though our company repair center is located in Las Vegas, we still maintain an excellent network of Authorized Service Centers throughout the US, Canada and Europe to assist with local repair options.
