While you have some great customer support with Midas,things I would like to see are some new videos specific to the Ppro 1 and a new manual that covers just the basic operation of the Pro1.The current online manual is 550 pages long.A Midas Pro1 for "Dummies" type manual would be great since this console will see alot of users in the church,school and small sound company type markets..I bought a Pro1 about a month ago and it's a great board.It is my opinion the manual isn't geared toward the group that will be using it..The videos currently online are geared toward the Pro 6,not the Pro1. I have had great support from Jason at Midas UK and Kyle at Midas USA,but new videos and a manual geared toward the Pro 1 would be really helpful.Thanks.
