I am servicing a venue with a BLU-16 processor. The original installer uploaded a design which was password protected. Can I upload another design without having this password?

There are two types of password protection with BSS London stuff. Box passwords and design passwords. If there is a password on the box, you are hosed. If the password is on the design, you should be able to wipe it out and put a new design in.
