Is it possible to use a DBX ZC-3 (or any controller from their Zone system) with another DSP that has analog control inputs?
I am set on a different DSP (BSS BLU-50) for a variety of reasons but would like to use the DBX volume/source controllers because of their form factor and low cost. BSS doesnt make a simple white wall-plate volume control/source select. The ZC-1 and ZC-3 is just that.
Is their wiring protocol proprietary or could it be made to work with the control inputs on the BLU-50?
Edit: DBX controllers only work with DBX processors.
So who makes a 10k ohm to 100k ohm linear resistance rotary switch mounted in a white decora wall plate? Or will this have to be custom?
