I've said this before but for splitter type activities then we use Z cables ie the top bar of the z is m-f the bottom bar is f-m and the whole lot is joined togther works fine with dynamics or splitting line signals around some times we leave the screen off one of the males to try and minimise hum but I woud tend not to do this and use a proper earth lift if reqd G
