Very Loud Fans!

Did a gym gig last night. While walking through the door the event provider said "I had to put 2 fans on the stage to keep things cool" No problem I thought. This is what I found. Yes they were on all night.
Fun show all the same but the screeming Fans were kind of loud.

Anyone else run into something like this?

I used to work for a bar that had a "swamp cooler". It was as tall as me (6ft) and the fan was at least 4 1/2 feet of that. You hooked a water hose to it and it misted the crowd. It was terribly loud. It was to the side of the stage and you could hear it in the vocal mics

Yes. Symphony Pops in an airplane hangar in May and August. I've had to compete with multiples of those portable 'swamp cooler' fans, often including one blowing directly into the orchestra.

I like your light show, BTW.
