Re: Waterproof AC cables ?

Ok. But what I was suggesting is buying one of the ip65> ip65 extension cables and hacking the "male" end off and replacing it with an Edison to plug into the power source in a dry location, them take the female ip65 connector to the first fixture and daisy chain them all with the ip65's. I didn't mean to replace all the fixtures with Edison connectors.

Reason I said that is because cheaplights was sold out of the Edison to ip65 adapters if that's what Ben needed.

Ben, I think I've seen those connectors referred to as "T" or "Tee" connectors. That might be a good start for a google search. I think they use a smaller 2 pole version for rope lights.
