Re: Weird, Sticky Speaker GrillSounds like the grills may have been painted, and there has been a chemical reaction.I have painted colored AC cords black, in most cases, no problem, in others, the paint makes the plastic sticky for weeks.Putting the grills in the sun will speed the "curing" process, but it will take time.
