We can't always affect what dictators promote, we can affect what WE, the common people can promote. That same technology conduit that "is a game changer" to lessen the fear of Western people, is easily broken, by either side....China, Iran, North Korea,etc...have plenty of "filter systems" ..... and now the U.S. has the ability to throw the switch on the whole grid.    Hammer</blockquote>
