Apparently the video is real but the audio is fake. The original video from the surveillance cams had no audio feed.
Not that that makes the behavior any less disturbing....

That's what I was thinking. That's my problem; getting to the restaurant while they still serve breakfast. Come to think of it, what McDonalds doesn't serve lunch at 10:30? That seems a little off. In fact, I'm with the chick on this one.
