Funny how I don't mind paying top dollar for certain services yet will often do other things the hard way from scratch. There must me something therapeutic about soldering cables. I do have some nice mic cables made by a local friend that was a wizard with the solder wand. 20 years later and still no problems other than the plastic Neutrik boots fall apart so they look kinda ratty. I've said it before and it deserves a repeat - those really old big heavy Belden mic cables with the old rubber boot Switchcrafts never go bad. There are still plenty of them working 40 years later.</p><p></p><p>So has anyone else ever run across the ultra wambley WireLUX-MusiLUX wire? I kinda like it but have not had it long enough to say if it will last forever.</p></blockquote><p></p>
