Where do commercial recording studios go for their vintage backline? Does anyone know of a SoundBroker/HTICS/Solaris type broker specializing in such things, particularly where there is some history along with just the electronics? Reason for asking is trying to figure out a way to establish a market value (and hopefully sell) a fairly unique vintage guitar head (1976-77 Music Man HD-130, heavily modified for a fairly well known group's lead guitarist for use on a 1977 tour as well as numerous studio appearances since...) Thanks for any ideas... all the producers out there looking for a specific sound or piece of gear must have a community of some sort... this piece has been living on doing what it was designed to do for my few years with it but as of late is mostly sitting in a road case, unappreciated... ~Mike
