John - you look younger than I remember you being from the picture in your Abdul-EQ T-shirt. Funny though - I would have expected you to come out with a different ruling.

Indeed I probably wouldn't have ruled that way, but it is what it is. I won't second guess them as tempting as it is.

The highest court of the land has ruled and our remaining recourse is now back in the congress with legislators to make adjustments.

At least voters will really have something of consequence to base their vote upon this fall.
