Hello wondering in if anyone had any experience with the Anchor pro link stuff. Clear Com looks to be a little out of the current budget (5k$). Currently using wired Pro Com stuff which does the job fine. Getting requests for not being tethered. Looks like there is a Anchor Pro link package for like 5k$ with 5 belt packs and 2 listen only.

I bought a single station of this stuff to interface with our ClearCom and hated it. Huge cheap feeling belt pack. Lousy range. Weird digital noise in the headset. Latency on the side tone that just sounded weird. Not impressed.

Ended up just buying a used HME system from Bexel for 500 bucks. It's worked flawlessly.

Was thinking this might be the case. The Clear Com stuff looked a little out of Budget but I think I was looking at the Tempest stuff. I will have to dig a little deeper. Thanks for the insight on the pro link stuff.

Re: Wireless Com options

Just purchased a 540 system...we will see how it does. But from playing with it..should be OK. Not the quality of the Telex or ClearCom stuff, but for general use should work. The cases for the units are all plastic, but seem to be put together well. The system states it will run for up to 12 hours on a charge...Clear Com or Telex won't do that...We won't be using our until the 16th of Feb. for our first event....will keep you posted.
