Well these old prehistoric dinosaurs are rapidly loosing value. Sell it to me quickly before you can't give it away.
LS9-16 only or with case.
Cheers,
BJ

Re: wtb- your old LS9-16

no, I already have one of those worthless old LS9-32. )
Am about to pull the trigger on a new QU16 for small shows, unless I can get an LS9-16 for similar scratch. I know I'm in the dwindling minority, but I REALLY love the LS9 series. It's like they designed it for ME.

I'm in the same boat (no, I'm not soliciting on your thread). I'm just a stubborn old guy who doesn't want to learn how to use yet another digital mixer, but would like something smaller than the LS9-32 for some shows.

I hear you. I have some time spent on A&H consoles, so the QU16 should be familiar territory. Ordered one today.

Hi guys. I needed something fairly quick so ordered a QU16. Wanna trade? Still in the box.

Re: wtb- your old LS9-16

And what do you suggest that I replace my LS9-16 with? There's not a comparable desk on the market.

It's not quite on the market yet, but the recently announced Yamaha QL1 is a worthy replacement, especially if you'd like to stick with Yamaha.

As for value, I can't see spending more on a used LS9-16 than I would on a brand new QU-16, X32, or even the slimmed down X32 (Producer?). So that means somewhere in the ballpark of $2000 to $2500. I just heard back from a local company that has five of them (LS9-16) available, and they still want considerably more than that, although it does include a case.
