X32 Hiss

Hey Everyone
Ive got x32. A few channels with hiss on them . I did a full factory reset and no luck with it going away. Any ideas? Or is this trip to the repair shop?

If it is hiss on some of the outputs, it might be a cable routing issue that needs the attention of a service centre.

is this with the gain fully up? . With the cable routing issue the usual culprits are Chs 16 & 32

I don't have an X32, but I hiss whenever I see an X32. Whenever Graham Tobias posts to Facebook about how excited he is to have some new X32 component I find myself hissing even more.
