I am out of town and have a new church engineer thrashing around and in trouble. Cant figure out what is wrong via phone. Is it possible to use xControl from a remote location? I have an Apple airport express hooked up to my x32 for my iPad but it is not hooked to internet. I have an internet portal located feet away. Any ideas folks?

You might be able to set it up with this: LogMeIn Hamachi or another VPN software but I would rather attempt using remote desktop like LogMein Free or any of the many offerings of that type.
You need someone on-site to set it up either way.
