Re: Yamaha releases 01v96iagreed on the need for a stage mix ethernet port, even as a card option. I own 3 Yamaha Digital boards; 01v96, ls9-32, and DM2000. The LS9-32 and DM2K are set up out at front of house or monitors 99% of the time, so I can't really justify owning an ipad for it, however the 01V96 goes out all the time for wedding band type gigs where a side of stage mix is mandatory. The ability to mix with it on an ipad without any convoluted VNC and additional laptops would be infinitely handy.
