I have 1 yorkville EF500P for sale, this is the black painted version. It is my understanding that the horn is sometimes intermittent and will go in and out randomly. When the horn goes out , running the box hard sometimes "fixes" it. I fired it up at the shop today and it seemed to be working ok. I poked around the amp PCB a bit and pressed on all the components to try and find a bad solder joint, but didnt find anything. So it seems to be working ok now, but absolutely no guarantees or warranty. I will at the buyer's option, build a 1/2" Baltic birch panel that will fit in the space occupied by the amp with a panel mount NL4 connector should you chose to use this as an externally amplified box. This also comes with a nice soft cover. This is a very nice looking box with very high quality B&C components (DE72 and cast frame 15") so it would make a killer drumfill, etc. I'm going to price this one pretty firmly at $300 plus shipping since it could easily be parted out for that much.
