David Krall formerly served as the President and CEO of Avid Technology, and most recently served as the President and COO of Roku.
David is also a member of the Board of Directors of Progress Software (NASDAQ: PRGS) and is a Board member and Executive Chairman of QSecure, Inc. In addition, David currently serves as a strategic advisor for Roku, a leading manufacturer of streaming media players. David’s prior operational experience includes serving as President and COO of Roku (2010), President and CEO of QSecure (2008-2010), and as President and CEO of Avid Technology (2000-2007). Prior to Avid, David served as VP of Engineering and as COO of Digidesign.
David brings broad experience to Audinate in the areas of new product development, integration of complex software and hardware solutions, strategy formation, and general management. David has experience working in companies ranging from small startups to public companies with thousands of employees serving worldwide marketplaces.
