Council Bluffs, IA – July 2015 … Grundorf Corporation, a leading manufacturer of equipment for musicians and audio professionals, is pleased to announce a new addition to the company’s Tour 2 mixer case lineup: the Bull Nose Style Mixer Case. Designed to provide quick and easy access to the top and front of a mixer, the Bull Nose case is designed so both the top and front of the case are removable.
As many contemporary digital mixers make use of a keyboard and video display, the Grundorf Bull Nose case is optionally available with a slide out keyboard tray on the right (underneath the mixer’s group and master fader area) and a storage area under the front left side of the mixing console for an LCD display. This design enables the engineer to be up and operational quickly.
Made in the USA, the case is built using half-inch multi-layer plywood with a durable ABS laminate finish. Edges are finished with double edged aluminum extrusion. The lid-to-body seal is made with an interlocking aluminum tongue and groove valance system to provide a tight seal. The case comes standard with a high-density foam interior, heavy-duty ball corners and stacking ball corners, and recessed catches. There are twelve-rivet-point recessed handles and fourteen-rivet-point recessed catches for added strength.
Frank Grund, President of Grundorf Corporation, commented on the company’s new mixer case, “Our Bull Nose Mixer Case is the ideal case for both touring professionals and AV technicians who need to setup a sound system and be operational with a minimum of fuss. By being able to easily access both the top and front of a mixer, engineers can be ready to go quickly and can, similarly, pack up and be ready to move out. We’ve had numerous requests for a case of this nature and I’m certain many audio pros will find much to like.”
The new Grundorf Bull Nose Style Mixer Cases are available now. Pricing varies by mixer model. Please contact Grundorf Corporation for specific pricing.
