Greetings All SFN People!
I want to give you a quick update on the status of SFNs transition to a new server architecture. This is focused on the stuff that doesn’t work at the moment.

Wiki is disabled for the moment, as we figure out spam and security.

Tapatalk continues to cause intermittent XLM errors. This appears a known issue. Please inform us if you have tapatalk problems.

Facebook Connect throws intermittent HMAC errors. Please let us know if you have problems with Facebook Connect.

Thanks Phil and everyone working on the transition. Everything seems to load much faster. It might just be a placebo but it shure seems that way to me.
It’s definitely a dramatic increase in speed due mostly to caching. We’ll make a post explaining it all in the next day or so once we’re done ironing out all the kinks.
Hopefully this will solve our uptime woes as well! If not, I will cry. Regardless, it is apparent that the level of performance has taken a quantum leap. Not only that, but it should be consistent… no more inexplicable slowdowns.
Reloading the forum into Tapatalk seemed to clear out the errors I was getting on my droid.
