What's up with that ''blip'' noise I hear whenever I move between topics or different forums? I don't hear it on any other websites.

Yes,I just noticed that.It says ''To help protect your security,Internet Explorer is blocking this site from downloading files to your computer''.Maybe that's where the noise is coming from. Why is IE doing that?
