I had an odd thing happen while trying to access this site from a venue on saturday. I have it listed in my favorites and clicked on it while waiting for my show to start. I got a provisioning page (I may be using that term incorrectly) that had several nations flags in the upper right hand corner and was requesting a CAPTCHA input to continue, with no mention of this specific site anywhere. Because the SoundForums name wasn't on there I didn't even try to complete the CAPTCHA. I tried manually entering the site in the address bar and it still went to that page, so I just moved on. It worked fine at the hotel later and back home as well, without changing anything. All of the other forums and pages I tried worked with any issues. Was that page from the forum or somewhere else?

I should have grabbed a screen shot, but didn't think of it at the time. Sorry.

This is a part of a service we are using reduce spam, among other things. For some reason it flagged the IP you were using as a thread, probably because others have used that public network for spam. The name of the site should've been there though.

See this thread: http://soundforums.net/tech-support/3330-problem-getting-site.html

Re: Odd provisioning page

Thanks for the link and the reply. I guess I should have searched a little harder. It just wasn't something I'd ever encountered on this site before. That screen shot Justin posted was what I saw. And while it did have the name it was so generic that I thought it was spamming or fishing from a third party so I didn't persue it any further.
