Dimmer issues (maybe)

I have several Eliminator 4 channel dimmers. Two are installed in a club. With everything set the same on the first dimmer, two channels dim and two don't. In other words two faders on the console dim the lights, the next two come on when the fader is half way up, no dimming. Console is OK. I'm using two dimmers and if I switch the cables around the problem stays at the problem dimmer. Any ideas? Thanks for your time....K

That worked, but the dip switches looked like they were both up. After working them back and forth a couple of times they all now dim. That's what was confusing, that both looked the same but one dimmer worked and one didn't.. Thanks again

Edit: Should I hit the dip switches with cleaner or air?
