New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

The search function found me a link in the threads to a drop box link of the plans i used to build mine, it took 60 seconds from hitting enter to viewing the plans. The only thing to note is that you may need to stretch the design just slightly to fit teh B&C coaxial(between teh mid dirvers)...

So they have all the features required make perfect settings for the your PM boxes. Do they not have brick wall filters? You say system tool.... What thing is it missing compared to the lake? I'm taking it that you'd recommend it over the lake for most users? I ask I'm using an xta 448 and...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

1, As far as I am aware they match fine. https://en.toutlehautparleur.com/horn-rcf-hf950-90x50-throat-1-4-inch-front-11-81-x-11-81-inch.html not sure where you are located but i am in New Zealand and there freight to NZ was quite dare and it was cheaper for me to use a freight forwarding service...

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

FINALLY got mine finished. I must say I am very impressed with the U-pol raptor I used to coat them. Essentially very very easy to apply(spray) although as you can see in one photo the trick is to keep the same distance as you spray or you will end up with a varied texture across the surface...

60 Degree DIY Mid Hi - AKA PM60

Any design iteration in the two threads can have the back corners angled.... just cut them off(this was not documented in any of the plans AFAIR)...... it doesn't effect horn length or path continuity ...... Essentially all iterations of the box in the two threads will come to the same great...

Hi Peter, great call to start another thread specifically on these topics! I know you did cover this in the other threads but would you mind giving another run down on the equipment and process's you use and go through to make a filter/filters for these box's. I am nearly finished my box's and...

60 Degree DIY Mid Hi - AKA PM60

The B&C is 20mm greater in diameter(20mm shorter also though). Is it not looking a bit tight in the existing design??? Interestily the B&C is considerable heavier.. BMS, 2.3kg B&C 3.7kg. With any luck the weight means extra value and quality!

I'd be especially interested in DSP settings(especially FIR) for 4 series XTA processors. The later model 4 series are FIR capable.

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

Hi peter, what do you think abou adding a brace to the back of the baffle? I calculate it will reduce the area effecting compression ratio(s2 or what ever it is) by about 4 percent..... The reason for this brace is the thinned down area of the baffle has a bit of flex in it that didnt seem ideal...

    Double 10 and Horn

Hi Peter.... Is the 10NDL64 still the B&C driver of choice for this application in nearly 2019?

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

That is how i understand it and that's what i intend to to. It would be nightmarish trying to do it before the bits were assembled and trying to make it all line up perfectly I would imagine.....

New DIY Mid High (90deg) - AKA PM90

I will be building my pair of these in the coming days and intend on cutting the back corners off for that extra smart look. Peter, do you recall how much you took off ? And what are the limits here? I was planning on taking less than a 45 degree angle off and extending the cut a little further...
