Does anyone know how complicated it is, changing out a bank of 4 channels? I have the new replacement..I have two channels in one bank that won't assign subgroup,,

The replacement module should give you some indication of the complexity, as you know how many fasteners hold it in place and how many connections need to be made, and where. What it won't tell you is what's involved in accessing those connectors and fasteners.
Also, I'd probably try reseating the connectors on the old card before swapping it out, as the symptom you're seeing could be caused by a loose connector.

Thanks.. The only issue is that I can't assign 2 channels to Group 8. They come up distorted..
And I've not looked at the replacement, but I will next trip over there
