Chauvet qspot260 led and Avolites Pearl

I'm having trouble "lamping on" my chauvet qspot260led's with the Avolites pearl 2010. I can do pan tilt, focus (I can see the lens move) but there is no option in the macro to turn it on. I can "home" the fixture. But no lamp on. I've been though everything I know to do....HELP! :blush:

I'm not sure how to on the pearl, but I use showxpress with the 560 LEDS and 2 channels have to be up: "dimmer" and "strobe effect". Both of those channels have to be at 255 to fire the LED on
