Hey guys i got abunch of audio that I need cleaned up and enhanced so I can hear them, any chance any of you could maybe take my files and clear them up for me it’s real low and quiet what I’m looking for so if anyone could do that let me know thanks

You may need some other products. Look for software tools aimed at "restoration" or "forensic audio."
As suggested there are options for doing this yourself if you feel adventurous although the 'plug-ins' for forensic audio are not free or even cheap but you may have better luck calling some recording studios nearby and seeing what options they offer.
