Redundancy - no, unless it's been added recently.
15x - it's a family of boxes, 8x16, 16x8, 24x0, 0x24, one other with analog plus digital IO.
I haven't checked the website, was going from what I've heard from them over the past few months.
They had it listed out better on their Facebook page(?) a while back.

as soon i get my DL153s, i'll post more infos
