I see the highly vaunted shouting blocker is also the ham radio Q-code destroyer (these three-letter expressions should always be set in all-caps).

The shout feature is set to convert anything over four characters to lowercase, capitalizing only the first letter.

Looks like it considers the question mark to be part of the text, and capitalized. I'll set it to five characters so we can at least yell FUCK!

I've also had trouble before with "way too smart for their own good" text processors that always capitalize the first letter of any phrase.
