Yes you guys have the correct contact info.  I did receive Franks call and spoke with him today.  Like I said the customer service is top notch!  My rep is coming Thursday to pick it up.  Like I explained to him on the phone I need another demo in front of me at the shop for a few so I can trust these things again. Without another demo, Im not sure....
