[WTB] Digico D5

Hi all,
I am looking to purchase a Digico D5.
Please do not respond with anything trying to persuade me to purchase another console. I have a very specific need. And a D5 fits perfectly.
I Need the Digico D5-56EX Preferably with a local rack (40x40 i/O w/ AES) as well as the 56 x 24 DiGi Rack.
