I know a guy who put a 1/4" plug on an extension cord and plugged it into the wall and his guitar.

It didn't work after that------------------I wonder why? After all-it was an "electric guitar" right????????????

There is a picture on the web of one of those labeled as the "Sure man, you can jam with the band" guitar cord.
Which brings up a fond memory, George Gobel on tv playing his new electric guitar (a custom Gibson I do believe) and talking about how much he liked it........his old one was gas!:x~:-x~
