Seems there are more blown SX than any other speaker series I know of, and their relatively smooth sound is partially to blame for that (they don't get JBL- or Mackie- painful to listen to when they are pushed too hard).I'd say they are good for monitor duty at reasonable stage levels. Don't let DJ's have them, edm speakers they are not.
