I am familiar with the 900 series. I think they are made out of recycled Sherman tanks. Are the 700 series of similar build quality?

they're great, we've installed a ton of them.
the price point and featureset is great and they seem to have the same chassis/build. I haven't opened one up but they feel just as hefty for sure.
obviously there are some tricks that you can do with the 900 that aren't available on the 700 (I think there's only one mute bus?) but the single module slot covers most of our special needs.

I had to replace one of them at my day job.... because someone knocked it off a high shelf and it sheered half the knobs off, lol. Other than that, no complaints.
